The Witness

A police officer, Aravind, witnesses a murder while on vacation. He sees the culprit clearly and chases him but was not able to catch him,during the chase he gets a huge thing-id card of the culprit which fuels his determination to find him. Now, with a name and a description, the hunt for the mysterious Culprit Phillip Andrew begins.
