Phil is an openly gay teenager who is being forced to go to this private boarding school which is more than 4 hours away from his beloved family. They only want what is best for him. He has always been a good boy who has a heart much bigger than anyone should have. He will get hurt easily, he is very vulnerable wearing his heart on his sleeve like he does. He is a social butterfly and can not wait to start making new friends at this new school, even if he doesn't get that many to start with. Dan on the other hand, hasn't been himself since that night when his mother told is whole world that he was depressed, he wasn't depressed, he has never been depressed before in his life. His family issues have resulted in him deciding to move away to a private boarding school for 5 years. All he wanted was a smooth sail out of the closet but since his mum has given him trust issues, he can no longer trust anyone with anything, never mind his biggest secret of all. Yes, he is a bit of a wall flower but can't being a nobody have its perks sometimes?
