Phantom Pain

Cairo Speed is a 19 year old girl, who suffers from amnesia due to a car accident she has no recollection of. However, as she tries to reintegrate back into society and begin to lead a normal life again, she is met by Malek, a figure she had briefly seen in the hospital, and is introduced to Leto, a voice in her head claiming to hold all the memories she had forgotten. The two seem quite familiar to Cairo with no true understanding as to why. Malek provides security, and hope for normality, but Leto holds everything Cairo is looking for- but not without a cost. Cairo struggles to balance the two relationships, whilst trying to maintain and assure her own sanity, but as Leto's dues become more dangerous, Malek's promises begin to lose their value. Who should she trust and how far will she play Leto's threatening games? Is anyone at all in her life telling her the full truth of who she is and of what truly took place? And what ultimately happens when she comes to know the true reasoning for Malek and Leto's presence?
