With an annoyed grumble he turned on his side, attempting to block out the light with a pillow or Kristin's hair, but nothing changed. In fact, Kristin wasn't even laying next to him. He almost whined and blindly reached around trying to find her. She never got up before him, at least not without waking him up first, either on purpose or accident. The only times she leaves him sleeping is when she gets up early for a trip to meet with her family or friends, and even then Phil still gets up so he can kiss her goodbye. 

Reaching around the bed one more time, he noticed that it felt... off. Almost prickly. And the mattress was rough too. Without really wanting to, he started to blink his eyes open, rubbing the sleep out of them as he yawned. Only to immediately freeze and squint at what was in front of him. Was that... grass?

Slowly lowering his hand, he started looking around, pushing himself up to sit. He was sitting in the middle of a grassy field. A good distance away he could see a river, behind it some trees. When turning around, he noticed another river, boxing him in. "What the fuck..." He stood up and turned in slow circles, still not understanding what the fuck is happening. The river rushed by on all sides, forming a little island in the middle. An island he was standing on.All Rights Reserved

i hear footsteps behind me. i try to get up but struggle to because of the wound in my side. i shift my body to see Technoblade walking towards me. "Techno i'm fine, really." i say, frustrated. he doesn't respond, instead, he kneels beside me and looks at my wounds. he lifts up my shirt to show the stab wound on my side, blood spilling from it. "who did it?" he asks. "what-" "who stabbed you?" he asks, anger lingering in his voice. "why does it matter?" "just tell me." he asks, anger being replaced with eagerness. "Schlatt." i mumble. the pain in my side increases by the second. Technoblade looks up from me, to Schlatt, who holds a sword with my blood dripping off of it. Technoblade stands up from beside me, and approaches Schlatt, drawing his axe. "what's wrong Techno? i was doing you a favor. it's not like you even liked her in the first place." Schlatt said, smiling. Tommy had just recently moved homes. The one he left was one full of memories. Not good ones, but not necessarily bad ones, either. In fact, the only number in his contacts was his mum's who was long passed away. Tommy was young (sixteen, to be exact) and he often forgot things. Usually just as simple as forgetting to do the laundry, or forgetting to reply to a notification on his phone that he received three seconds prior. Simple things that didn't matter. This time, though, he forgot to charge his phone before leaving his new, barely furnished apartment. He didn't think much of it. If it died, it died. No biggie, right? He figured he'd be alright for an hour or so without his phone. That is, until he got lost in the large, unfamiliar town that he definitely didn't even slightly know the layout of. He didn't know where he was or how to get back to his apartment, especially without a GPS. And then, when it definitely couldn't get worse, it began to rain. Tommy was soaked. He was cold, hungry. He cut into an alley and sat down against a brick wall, curled up on himself. He sat there for a while, and then heard footsteps. It was three men. The older one crouched down in front of him. "You look awful...Come with us, mate." But Tommy didn't want to. 'It was dark outside by now, and Dream could hear the sounds of monsters roaming the surface. He shivered and grabbed his stone sword a little tighter. He's safe in here... nothing can hurt him... right? A too close for comfort zombie groan made him press more into the corner of his hideout. What he wouldn't give to be back home again, just recording with his friends and having fun in the streams they do together or have patches curl up against his side. He would prefer almost anything over the situation he's in right now. One wrong move and his life would be over. He hates it here. He just wants to go home. Please.' ---- Hey! I did something similar to this for a German story I published like two years ago, so I figured, why not do it in English too? So here goes nothing! This will be a long one! Also, I already want to apologize for not writing the characters 'realistic' enough at some points. I mainly watch Philza and Techno, so everyone else is a bit... unknown to me? Like of course I watch Tommy Videos or Dream Manhunt and all that, but that's about it. So if you feel like your favorite DSMP streamer isn't written very accurately, I'm very sorry, but I'm doing my best. Apart from that, have fun!
