"I'm ok here. Thank you though." He looked at me, almost as if he could see right through me. "Get in." He pissed me off then. "I said I'm fine here. You can leave now." As soon as those words left my mouth he was at my side gripping my wrist and pulling me towards his car. He then proceeded to push me inside the car as gently as he could while I violently hit him with my free hands. "Let me go you weirdo!" Ashley is a Caribbean born New Yorker with good friends, family and a good job. She lived what most people would call a regular life until she met a mysterious suit wearing handsome gentleman that spoke as little as possible to her. On this new planet, Socks meets some new friends, a group of humans he grows fond of. It's peaceful, and, although homesickness is present, he is at peace. But nothing lasts forever. For a little piece of home resides in the shadows. A dark one that, although Socks has never formally encountered, knows all about and had been influenced by greatly. If it weren't for him, he may not even have been on Earth. And that little piece of home... "Looking for a Roommate!" This was it. This could be his big break. After scanning the note more thoroughly, he quickly (and discretely) grabbed the note and shoved it into his pocket, then returned to his seat. Then he finally got his coffee.
