15-year-old Y/n L/n is a reader. A normal girl with normal parents in a normal school, she longs for something more than her ordinary life. She longs for a place at the fictitious Camp Half-Blood, spending her days reading and re-reading her favorite books by Rick Riordan, drawing fanart, and even writing her own fanfictions. One day, she decides to try shifting, and her world is changed; possibly forever.
Flares is based off the song of the same name by The Script. I do not own the song, the main plot line or characters by Rick Riordan, or you. I own only the concept of Flares as a story. Please enjoy!

Leo Valdez was a normal 23 year old student majoring in Engineering when his landlord decided he needed to pay up the rent for the year and boy, he's broke. Almost thirty years have passed since the second Titan War. At least, that's what everyone keeps telling Bianca. She doesn't quite understand what the second Titan War is- or was, for that matter- or why it's important. Bianca doesn't understand a lot of things.
