On Hold:

The boy with perfect memory is finally making his escape.

He can't believe it's finally happening: Tiber'ian and his three new friends are journeying away from the only home he's known. Stolen as a baby from his true family, ten-year-old Tiber'ian is desperate to find his real parents and escape the destiny forced upon him by his captors.

But Tiber'ian's daring flight doesn't go quite the way he'd imagined. While his perfect memory guides their quest, the powerful Astrologers who raised him will stop at nothing to bring back their prized student. After all, they've spent years preparing him to compete in the trial of magic and become the next Prime Astrologer of Silvae.

The friends seek the legendary Scholar's Luminora, an artifact that can project Tiber'ian's memories for all to see. But the path ahead hides dangers, deception - and perhaps even death if the Astrologers find them first.
As the Astrologers close in, Tiber'ian must decide what matters most: proving his past... or protecting his newfound friends and their shared future.
The truth has never been more dangerous - or more necessary.

America was never an honest man- nor an honest country. He trusted himself much to highly, and eventually it seems to bite him right where it hurts- his own ego. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ He glanced at the window- he felt it was quite obvious he was fake sleeping, yet the ones outside didn't seem to realize. He'd tucked the key away- damn, was he forgetting anything? No, they were only coming to get him. He heard his window break and the bullets start to cut through him- it hurt, sure but he could deal with it. The gun he kept under his pillow was raised- a few bangs and one of them dropped, but not the others. One ran forward and he felt a needle in his arms- by then, it was too late. She drove slowly through the canyon walls into the place she called home. It seemed quiet, but she guessed it was just the early morning- nobody here was really a morning person. She drove into the commons slowly, so that people on their horses could dodge her car- well, there was nobody in the commons. She jumped out of her car. Something was wrong. The entire town was like a ghost had overcome it. "What?" the tidal wave came crashing down when she saw the bullets in the far wall, "No!" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rated Mature for themes of excessive violence, self-harm, torture, and kidnapping. Book #4 in the Bonds of Fate series. "You left me. For 2 years." Killian's voice shook with the force of his emotion. "You chose to leave me." "Leaving was the best thing I ever did. I won't apologise for it." "Now you expect me to give you another chance?" His voice was angry, but he knew in his heart that had already forgiven her. How could he pretend that he wasn't in purgatory the entire time that she was gone? Or that seeing her again, was the first time the world seemed right again? How could he pretend that he didn't love her when all he wanted was to take her in his arms and kiss her senseless? "Just give me a chance to explain, please Killian." Rachel pleaded; it was strange he had never seen her bend so easily to anyone. She was a wildfire that couldn't be tamed, so then why did she look like her flames had been quietened? "Give me one good reason that I should." "Our daughter." *** Rachel is trouble. After her father's death, trouble and misfortune seems to follow her like a dark cloud. The only thing keeping her from falling apart completely is music. Killian is traditional. Though suffocated by his parents, the commendable way they handled their roles as the previous Alpha and Luna has Killian always looking up to them. He wants to fill their shoes, only he feels as though he is crumbling under their pressure. When Killian finds the wild, free-spirited, hurricane in his Soulmate Rachel, he falls deeply for her. His parents on the other hand, do not. When his parents decide that Rachel is not the mate that they want for their son, they threaten to drive the couple apart. These two must challenge tradition, and family if they want their love to survive. But, sometimes you have to lose before you can love. "The greatest music comes from within..."

Magic of the heart | Legolas x male reader

25 parts Ongoing

Currently on hiatus. --- In a faraway kingdom nestled deep within snow-covered mountains, an unnamed elven prince, the son of the cruel king Azdorath, is tasked with a mission he never desired: to abduct Legolas, the prince of Mirkwood. Strong, skilled in magic and bound by the will of his ruthless farther, the prince successfully captures the young Mirkwood prince. But the mission soon becomes a battle of conscience. Torn between his father's commands and his growing empathy for the captive, the prince grapples with the darkness in his heart and an unexpected connection begins to form between him and Legolas. Though just slightly older, they are more alike than either would have guessed. Set against a backdrop of snow, ancient magic and conflicted hearts, the lines between enemies and allies blurs. -------------- This story will follow an unnamed elven prince in first person perspective, there will be some mentions of clothes or hair color but other than that, he is for self insertion. The story is almost done but I will update chapters over time. Triggering situations will be pointed out, with the concrete triggers put in a list before each chapter. Even though this story is about Legolas, there will not be any more details on the fellowship or the main story of Lord of the rings. This is story is going to be slow burning. I hope you will enjoy the story.
