This world is called Nova, a place teeming with magic and filled with life. However, currently something rather foul has descended upon the denizens of Nova, something eldritch and incomprehensibly sinister is brewing... The Violet Moon. Those who are more inclined to magic such as shamans, wizards, warlocks and the like, can all feel its effects tenfold. However, those without the boon of magic are no safer from the indiscriminate gaze of the Violet Moon. This event is called "The Scourge of Nova." What it is, no one exactly knows for sure, some call it a plague, others a vile work of dark arts, and some of the more superstitious, and spiritual have gone as far as to call it the divine punishment sent from the gods in vengeance for drawing their ire, and abusing their greatest gift. Magic.
Witness the horrors hidden within the malevolent gaze of the Violet Moon. Explore the ruined world of Nova through the eyes of Selma, Kajus, Akuta, and Farron. Experience their struggles, their trials, and their tribulations and behold their descent into the mystifying and horrific new world. Follow their tales as they battle demons from both beyond this world, and within their own minds. Survival demands adaptation to this new normal or ending the Scourge.
