“Kibbles!!!” My mom screamed to my dog as he ran into the street. Imagine your best friend dying in front for your eyes. Everyday I will remember him, jumping up and down, running through the freshly dew grass. Even though he died, he will always be my hero. The reason I choose him to be my hero is because when my mom was sick he was always their for her and he was always happy as a unicorn, he was never mad. When my mom had her 1st surgery she became very ill. Kibbles helped my mom with everything. He helped her get her meds off the table, and get her, her water. Kibbles was there for her, her whole life. Kibbles helped my mom get better. Kibbles and my mom were practically married. They did everything together.
 Then we learned my mom needed another surgery. She was sent in the next week. My whole family was very worried, even Kibbles. He wouldn’t eat, sleep, or go  until she came home. three months later we went to Florida, to celebrate my mom getting better. My aunt came over to take care of him, and he wouldn’t move or eat. GRRR!! The sound he made every time she went to take him outside. Not even his favorite treats would make him move. 
Then this summer I broke my foot. I couldn’t do anything. Throughout the summer Kibbles and I became closer and closer. Finally three months later, I went to my first soccer game. My cleats were jumping for joy I was finally started using them again. We won 3-0!!!!

I looked around and saw people young and old coming here to see their loved ones. I saw my families graves. Almost my whole family will be buried here. My grandpa always said it was sacred.
