Regulus Black has a secret.
Among the many secrets he hides, this one might lead to his end.
He knows everyone's secrets, every hushed word, his gift leaving him with the knowledge of every hidden truth. But maybe that gift wasn't a gift, maybe it was a curse; a curse that powers his magic and rots his brain.
People would call it an idiotic decision; deciding to try to take control over it. But Regulus Black was going to try regardless of what will happen. What will he do if the curse fires back, and starts to morph him into sick creature?
What will he do when that one person, who is the sun in disguise, starts figuring his secrets out, one by one?

Orchids and Sunflowers | Jegulus
"Reggie? Regulus? Whats wrong?" James tried to reach out to him, but Regulus pulled himself away. His chest felt like it was being ripped out, his throat being scratched violently by the attack of petals climbing up. His coughing got louder and more violent before finally a handful of sunflowers fell into Regulus' hand. James stared down at him, an unknown expression on his face but Regulus didn't have time to study him. He tried to hide the petals but he knew he was to late. James had already seen them, and he could see the obvious splatter of blood on his chin. "What the fuck just happened? Are those sunflowers?" James once again tried to reach out to him, going for his hands, wanting to get a closer look, but Regulus snatched his hands away and took a few more steps back. "You- you didn't see that, do you hear me? You didn't see it" And before he knew it, he was already at the bottom of the astronomy tower stairs, leaving James standing in the middle of the tower. Mixed Tape: Regulus' Story
[Completed] Dear reader, If you've come across this little story, then I'm glad that I have at least had to chance to explain myself to one person. I'm not here to justify my actions nor am I here to tell you that I am good or even worth anything at all, but let me at least explain my side of the story. Let me tell you about my anger and my family and even my many failures. Let me even tell you about James Potter and the way he sings and laughs and sees something in me as if I'm not the worst person to have ever lived. It's strange, I don't even know why I'm writing this all down. I guess I might not have given up on it all after all. Sincerely, R. A. B. Hello everyone! I'm very excited to share this fic with you all! It's Regulus' story told by Regulus and with each chapter named after and inspired by a different song that he may have known. Also, I love to make these characters queer and interesting since JK Rowling seems to hate that. This story is complete so there are no new updates coming. If you liked this, you may want to check out my Wolfstar fic titled Mirror Moon which exists in the same canon as this story and certain events overlap. General Content Warnings: Abuse, childhood abuse, physical and emotional abuse, family trauma, blood purity, homophobia, deathComplete
Asterism | Regulus Arcturus Black
-asterism .noun a prominent pattern or group of stars that is smaller than a constellation, Black's are considered possessive, cut-throat, and notoriously remorseless when it comes to getting what they want and protecting what they have, traits that have secured their power and position in the Wizarding World and traits that Regulus Black has spent the better part of his life convincing himself he doesn't possess. His strong aversion to the Dark Arts and his family's practices comes from a crippling sense of guilt and a desire to separate himself from his blood, though his budding feelings for the sister of his estranged brothers best friend might just force him to reconsider everything he thought he'd ever believed about himself. ©Yours,MAW ©Hoetmilks on AO3 All characters other than Eloise Seren Potter belong to JK Rowling (unfortunately) I do not support or condone Rowling' views. I will try and keep to Canon as close as possible; please feel free to add tips and correct me. This will be a dark romance without a happy ending. Triggers will be placed before chapters. ...and Just like stars one day we will just burn out no matter how much we try not too.
