Tommy Merlyn's younger sister, Elizabeth Merlyn. She's on her own in a city where half the citizens despise her and her daughter after everything her father did, while the other half pities or admires her. Tommy is dead and his body is missing. Oliver retreated to the island, Malcolm is missing, Moira was arrested, and Thea took over Club Verdant with her boyfriend Roy Harper.
She took on Merlyn Global, reopened her mother's free clinic in the Glades, and her fashion company is nearly struggling to stay afloat.
Oliver left for the island without telling anyone. Diggle, Felicity, and Elizabeth have been searching for him and Elizabeth's son, Luke, ever since. There have been no results in their search for Luke, but they just found out where Oliver is and are on their way to get him back.
