A runaway girl named Jennifer left home and met another girl named Melanie. They both became best friends and started robbing different stores together and causing violent crimes. One day Jennifer caused an officer(Stacy)to kill herself and caused her former partner(Derek)wanting to get revenge for the death of the officer he loved. When he was out to get his revenge on, he noticed something that caused him not to kill Jennifer.
