A boy wakes up in a middle of no where then he is caught in some kind of war he saw foot soldiers called Kasshine and Dai Mazine and they were from an evil organisation called Hundred then they were suddenly attacked by an explosion and the boy saw a group of Kamen Riders and they all went fought against the evil forces of hundred the boy was confused what is going on where he tried to avoid the war but one of the Kaashine solder was going to kill him then a shiny bright fall down to the ground it revealed a gold Kamen Rider and he saved the boy then he gave the boy a blank card to him then the gold rider went back to war and the boy falls unconscious.
The boy wakes up back in his bedroom thinking it was a dream then few years later when he was 18 the world was being destroyed and the blank card glowed and took him some where and he meets a person called Houou Kaguya Quartz as he chose him to be Kamen Rider Legend where he will be the Rider to inherit all the legend Kamen Riders and is tasked to restore the legend Chemy Kamen Rider cards and save the world from Hundred
