After 19 years, Elizabeth Bryer decided she was tired of being single. So when she goes back to her hometown for the summer, she fully intends on finding a boyfriend. There were a few problems with this, though.
1. Elizabeth was single because she had commitment issues.
2. She was only in town for 95 days.
3. She wasn't interested in the only guy who was interested in her.
Still, with a goal in mind, Elizabeth agreed to go out with Levi Hunt on the condition that they were nothing more than a summer fling. But no one prepared her for what happens at the end of the summer.

"I already know I'm going to make you fall in love with me," he said, brushing a loose strand of hair behind my ear.
"It's just a fling," I whispered, standing on my toes to kiss him.
He smiled against my lips before kissing me back, "just a fling."

We've all heard about 'the main character'. The type of person who lives through the most dramatic and improbable situations, and finds the kind of epic romance you only see in works of fiction. Which makes you think about how unrealistic love like that is. I used to think the same thing until I met him. Until I met 'the bad boy' that, as it turns out, wasn't that bad at all, just simply...a boy. A boy with an easy smile, a charming personality and looks so enticing that I couldn't keep my eyes off of him if I tried. A boy whose shoulders were starting to slump with the weight of his past and his family.
