Aogiri Tree is rising.

The One-Eyed Owl has returned.

And she's caught in the middle of it.

The ghoul who goes by the alias of Silver Cat hasn't had an easy time of it. She's been shattered and put back together again and again like some sort of porcelain doll, but she's not willing to go down without a fight this time around. Living in the 9th Ward and relying only on her own wits to keep her alive, this ghoul doesn't want her life to change- but Aogiri Tree has other ideas. As they expand from the 11th Ward and into surrounding areas, what once were simple border skirmishes have turned to full on war, and it's either retreat, join, or die.

By no choice of her own, she's being drawn into a strange tale that she'd never imagined she'd be involved in. Not only that, but the events that are unfolding around her may just give her the answers that she needs to unravel the secrets and mistrust surrounding her past.

Maybe she'll come out of this alive.
