Aw yes, the medieval times, a horrible time to be alive as disease, famine, death, and inhuman forms of torture scattered the earth. An depressing world to live in, and an especially horrible time to live in if you were dead poor. 

Reich finds himself in this place, broke and weak as he lives with his mother and brother. He dreams of escaping this life he is living, and eventually he finds someone who's willing to grant that wish for him. Though he wasn't aware of the consequences at that time, he would soon figure them out. As his decision to join this stranger would end up costing him more than just his happiness and life.

This is my first story and I'm really excited. I've had this idea for SO long. This is a countryhumans story featuring Y/N. Although for the majority of the story you won't know who Y/N is, in the end it will be really cool, I hope. Just so you know, Y/N will be a girl, so sorry to those who wanted Y/N to be any other gender. It was a portal. Kind of like those swirly, spiral ones. And it was blood red. As the trio stepped into the clearing, USSR had finally found them and watched as they stepped through the portal, then without thinking twice, stepped in after them. No pressure, and take your time. This book is shitty, really, but I find it nice when I was writing it as a teenage.
