I, Kira Nightshade, can see traces of Ancient Magic and I am the Keeper of the secret of dangerous, dark Ancient Magic. This diary contains notes from me and my friends, whom I also nominated to be Keepers. There will be not only memories about Ancient Magic, but also more personal events in each of our lives from early childhood to the moment we decided to end the records. I will seal this journal with Ancient Magic, which means that if you are reading this, you have the same ability as me. I hope this can help you understand our gift and what my friends and I have had to go through as Keepers.
