A device that has all the resources and information that obtain all the filthy secrets of the governments. But once you get that contraption a big outburst will happen causing massive damage to the museum and the country.
Victoria's curiosity took over her and wondered who's the man in the portrait, not until she met him in a very discomfiting situation.
