Arthur aided Micah with freeing him from jail, and Micah soon aided Arthur in return. 

(Set while the camp was in beaver hollow, when Joe and Cleet were there. Micah still is a bastard of a rat, although he wasn't going to let Arthur die so soon in such a pathetic manner. they're all probably out of character.
