Hazel Peters is not a people person. There are very few things she likes in the world, including her bed, good music, and her best friend and college dormmate, Tilly. There are many things she dislikes though, including boys. Annoying ones, like Racetrack Higgins, the happy, go-lucky boy who always ends up sitting next to her in their Media Writing class. But when Racetrack gets something in his head, it's very hard to change his mind. So, when he decides Hazel will be his new best friend, no matter how much she claims to dislike him, who is she to deny him? And what happens when that friendship turns into something... more?
