You're the smarter sibling, with good grades, good morals, and greater strength. Hell, you were even the first out of the womb. Despite that, you are constantly overshadowed by your brother in the eyes of your family, including your grandfather Rick. No matter what you do, you're still inferior to Morty, but why?

This story is a rewrite of the episodes with you, the reader, included. Extra original spin-offs are added while you develop alongside Morty. You're essentially the ideal kid Rick could technically have, but he is still focused on Morty for a reason that could be deeper than simple favoritism.

Fair warning, this fic does use (Y/N) to describe your name, feminine pronouns will also be used.
