In a faraway land miles away from the United States, a young woman was leading her nation through a civil war that had raged for over several years, with herself as her people's ruler and protector.
By the time she hits her 18th birthday, Alana (Hailee Steinfeld), would soon discover of part of her heritage having the powers and abilities of a Kryptonian, bestowing on herself a burden of responsibility that came with having the role of leadership and having the weight of her country on her shoulders after fighting for so long.
As she adjusts to comprehend what has happened, Alana would soon come to a slow realization that she would have to step up and be the hero that her country and the world, eventually needs.

After returning to New York City after seven years of disappearance at 19 years old, billionaire-CEO of Chang Enterprises and renowned paleontologist Kaitlyn Murphy Chang, vowed her vengeance against the crime that took her mother and father away from her. Donning the identity of a bat, Kaitlyn took to the streets, tackling street crooks to corrupt politicians, exposing the problems of the corrupt system that affect the lives of those in the city she's sworn to protect. As she progresses in her war on crime and corruption as the masked vigilante that some took to calling their very own Batwoman of New York City, she uses the image of a bat to strike fear into the hearts of those who use their power to oppress and harm the innocent, but she also attracts the attention of someone from her past, but one that would pose a direct threat to not only her, but the city she loves and is a part of her legacy. Kevin Beaumont has known Kara Danvers since she and her family moved in as next door neighbors when they were both 14. Kevin and Kara have always been close friends . Have you ever wondered what it's like being the only Kryptonian on earth without powers? It sucks. I'm Marinette Martha Kent. Yup that's right I'm the daughter of the man of steel....and I mostly take after my mom, so I'm utterly completely human. The worst part of being my father's daughter is I can't be a hero. His excuse is I don't have powers while there are heroes such as Green Arrow and Batman. An alien with no powers equals a worthless alien, and the entire justice league knows it to after all my father said so. At least I have my brothers who believe in me... I'm lying no one in my family thinks I can be a hero I'm just a dumb human to them. What's worse is even the bat family won't help me because they secretly agree, or at least that's what I think. So I did what any normal human would do when in an environment that doesn't believe in them I left. I applied for a 2-year foreign exchange program in France starting my high school year.
