Megan Rose goes by the name of Meg. Or is it Rose? 
There's a girl. A girl who's been through hard times. Tough times. She's still here though. Still alive. She hopes the world can she her troubles. Be there to listen to her story. There isn't much to tell, though, and that's just the problem. She doesn't know her own story.
READERS NOTE: Okay so I know this isn't five star. Or even 2 star but it's the first story I've completed... Ever! So I'm proud and no lack of stars can take that away! :L And it is a SHORT STORY so you should expect it to be over quickly and not have much drama...

Megan Baker grew up with her single father alone who is a police officer in her hometown. So far her life was a bit in the norm, being left alone to keep an eye on the house as her father works. That is until one day her life was about to change when her father came home with a little boy who would soon-to-be her new friend and be part of her family. She was never against the idea at first, but within time she starts to feel a sort of resentment towards the boy. What's so special about a boy who isn't fully related to you but has your father who cares for him more than you? Feeling a bit of jealousy towards the boy, she starts to keep her distance and hold grudges. Despite how things changed in her life, she will soon learn that family doesn't necessarily have to be in blood, but those she surrounded herself with that make her feel at home. But will it be too late for her to realize that holding grudges will end in her sadness or will she overcome her feelings and reach out to express her true feelings?
