A story about an orphan; girl, who upon reading the letter she recieved, immediately runs searching for her father.
But upon failing to do so, she finds herself lost in middle of a city she's unknown to.
Then a caretaker of an orphanage finds her sitting admist the downpour and takes her in.

an oprhan who is coaxed by a cat (who apparently talks) to escape the orphanage together with him and see the world outside together.
