She intended to summon a portal to bring her to Miriam Fig, but she miscalculated. What she found was even more dire than she imagined. What's worse is that it wasn't in any of the history books. The very magic that coursed through her veins was at risk under a goblin rebellion that no one in her time had ever heard of. The only option was to enter the portal, retrieve as much ancient magic as she could to prevent the rebellion from gaining power, and return home before anyone found her out.
