Any of the ports from Barcelona to Istanbul could be the target. While Borders tracks a man in a Panama hat, someone, with a vengeance on their mind, tracks him.

At first, it seems the murder is unrelated to Eve's real and secret mission to find out who is trying to destroy the station. Soon, however, she becomes convinced the two missions are linked and she has to solve the murder to achieve her true mission, assuming those factions don't kill her first.
