A girl named Alex Taylor was missing 13 years ago when she and her father were going out to the forest for camping. The case had been closed since the girl still could not be found after the polices tried to search for her. They believed that the girl had been eaten up by beasts.

Jessie, a girl who lived with her foster grandfather near the forest , had moved to a town as she was offered to study there. At first, she was hesitant to move to the town but then, she moved as her grandfather asked her to. Every holiday, she would come back to her grandfather's house and spend time with him. 

During the winter, Jessie's grandfather fell sick. She was allowed to return home (near the forest) to take care of him. She decided to stay at the house for a bit more longer until his grandfather were completely healed. While she was busy helping her grandfather to look for firewood in the woods, and she realized something weird.
