Evangeline-bearer of good news. That's what her name meant, and that's exactly what she was. When Alessandro gets a call from a social worker in Chicago asking him if he would be willing to finally take his sister in after so many years, he is ecstatic. Finally, he had something good to tell his brothers. The exact thing they needed to fill the void in their home, their family, and their lives.

When certain secrets under wraps come undone, and certain people make their way into their finally glued together family, Evie has to learn how to balance love, forgiveness, and fury, as well as the unbearable grief that came with the loss of her twin brother.

Genevieve Anderson, the girl that had been left behind and forgotten. In a town where everybody knows everybody, meaning that no one goes unnoticed. Nobody just grabs a bag and leaves in the middle of the night, without someone seeing something. Nobody changes identity over night, and is suddenly left with the care of their father in her hands. Forgotten over night, Genevieve changes the person that everyone thought they knew. Gone was the girl that would smile and wave to everyone, was replaced by a girl that had a need for stealing and getting by every day. She had been left with the responsibility of an old ranch that was no longer in operation and the care of her father, who had been to war, and was suffering from additions like there was no tomorrow. Gone was the girl that depended on her big brothers to open the gate, replaced with a girl that worked long hours at the ranch, before she was sneaking out after midnight, to drive whatever cars her brothers had left behind. Except, one day, something happens and everything takes a turn for the worse. "I left you here, for 20 minuets, and you have already let him relapse?! I trusted you, for a second, and you backstabbed me?! I can't believe any of you anymore, because you are made of lies!" Holding on by a string, Genevieve isn't sure how much more she can take, especially when people appear from the past she thought she left behind, when she was 5 years old. Time moves on for a reason, doesn't it? "I told you to forget about it. It's in the past, and nobody has ever asked me to do what you are asking me to do. You are asking me to put away my boots and hat, and stand in front of people in heels and a puffy dress. That's not who I am, if you had stuck around to find out who I really am. She woke from her slumber by the screams of the people of Dale. She shot her head up, looking wearily around her. She saw nothing but she could hear the screams of the people still. The dwarves were running around in their homes, saving what they could. Then she heard it, the thud of the gate crushing. The sound of claws against the cold stone floor and Thror's helpless screams. Then all was silent. No more sound, only a slight rumble in the treasure hall. The She dragon stood up, shanking her purple body. She then yawned and decided to see what had disturbed her slumber. She had been sleeping peacefully for almost 500 years. The dwarves never knew of her and dint bother either. what was it that had disturbed her slumber? read to find out. I do not own any of the characters expect Alleta:). The credit goes to J.R.R Tolkien who have made this amazing book/films. -Saph 💙
