And what would happen when Dipper gets saved by a wood nymph, and it changes his entire view on "monsters"?
This is a Dipper Pines x reader AU in which the Pines family are monster hunters. All characters other than my OCs and Y/N belong to Alex Hirsch and the Gravity Falls team.

Don't leave me (billdip)
After a terrible car crash resulting in the death of their parents, 17 year olds Dipper and Mabel Pines are sent back to Gravity Falls to live with their Grunkles. Mabel now hates Dipper, and blames him for the crash, since they were only out getting him his anxiety medication. The Grunkles don't fully agree with Mabels logic, but are still distant with Dipper, for they think he's a freak because of his anxiety. And so in the one place he felt he could truly call home, Dipper was now alone and hated by the "family" that once loved him. One night, Dipper overhears the family talking about how useless he is and, doing the only thing he knows, he runs. Y/N comes to Gravity Falls after her parents aren't able to be there for the summer. Going to an old family friend's home to spend the summer she comes to realize not all is what it seems. There's a dark page on the journal Dipper shows her and not even Ford can explain what it is as it is. The constant feeling of being watched and feeling as if something major is going to happen. Unsure if it's a good change or not, Y/N tries to battle her way through it with her new friends. (It starts to get real from chapter 15, everything before is still important but a lot of you don't seem to have the patience to wait until things get more mentally challenging.)
