When she's in the verge of losing and is defeated by the captain of the 7th division, Sajin Komamura, she was in the process of being executed for her failure to defeat a shinigami. Four of her comrades/friends approaches her and Giselle who's one of the four decided to prevent that by killing Bambietta and turning her into a Zombie.
