Hate and bitterness were practically knee deep inside Akutagawa, so it's no wonder it's the only feeling he knew how to properly express, recognise in himself and of course, use to his advantage. so he did. When he talked he made sure his words were cold, empty and apathetic. When he was alone he made it a front to bear a scowl or a grimace. To always think the worst of his situation. It was second nature to him.
The life he came to know of did him more harm than good. Will he ever change? Does he even know how to change? Or are his ways of thinking ingrained into his stained mind for as long as he lives.

Dazai finally gets to talk to his old enemy, and treats him the same way as always, with his annoying remarks and jokes. However, with time Chuuya changes, but Dazai doesn't understand what happened to his old partner. I of course do not own Bungou stray dogs nor any of the characters, just the storyline! Nor do i own this wonderful art! There are also no manga spoilers contained within this book. Also, the writing style is slightly different in the first four chapters, so i apologize for that. . . . An orphan living within the walls of his abusive orphanage, and a boy living in the slums of Yokohama. The boy from the slums comes stalking into the orphanage, looking for food to steal. Unintentionally, they meet. Followed by an intentional visit. Then another, and another. However, the boy from the slums suddenly stopped his visits. Though the orphan knew he wouldn't forget the others beautiful stormy eyes. Would he? TW: of course Atsushis past is full of abuse, and Akutagawa did murder a whole group of people. Though i guess you already knew that. (This isn't just about how they met, but also how they remembered eachother in the future when they were both in organizations.) An unknown attacker hits Akutagawa with an ability that de-ages him six years back to the age he was when he first met Dazai. Dazai being the only person Akutagawa knows at this ages, is forced with the task of looking after the fourteen year old until they can find a way to get him back to normal. As Dazai cares for Akutagawa, he reflects on his past and sees how he has a second chance to do better, whilst Dazai deals with his atonement, the task of reversing Akutagawa's condition get more difficult and things don't appear so simple as it seems.Complete
