Kaia Lane was the youngest person in the subterranean city of Tabbs to become a Guardian. Training from the age of a toddler prepared her for the cold and ice for sooner than anyone, and she was perhaps the only person in Tabbs that truly enjoyed in the surface. That all changed the day she went missing. A sudden blizzard hit, separating her from the group and leaving no trace of her. Five long years have gone by, and everyone believes her dead... except one, Griffin Todd.

Now, five years later, a mysterious woman appears, claiming to be Kaia. Could it be true? Could this woman who appeared from the wind and snow really be her. And if she really is why does she only remember her name?
