Harmony lives with her dad in Brooklyn, New York. They just recently moved and she started interning at a local hospital to try and make a name in her career, as well as make a little extra cash. She never deals with patients, not the way she wants, but she does start forming relationships with some of the nurses and techs in the hospital.

her favorite person in the hospital so far is Ms. Rio Morales. She's the sweetest, a nice little Puerto Rican lady with a kind heart and a strong motherly instinct.

Rio always shares her food with Harmony and they always talk. Rio has this habit of talking about her son, Miles. She always shows Harmony pictures of him and she talks about how sweet, smart, and hard working he is.

Harmony never paid this any mind before, until she starts noticing a familiar face at her new school.

and now they're doing a science project together.
