"At first, all Kel saw was a bright, white light as the moon completely overlapped with the sun, but then it changed to a stunning black circle with a white ring. It was indescribably beautiful. The park gradually erupted in cheers and applause, but Kel whooped the loudest with glee, jumping to his feet.
In the heat of the moment, he pulled Sunny up with him, hoisting him into his arms, and started spinning. He let out a quiet yelp as Kel spun him as fast as possible. "Kel-" But he jolted to a stop before Sunny could get another word out and pulled him into a frantic kiss. After a moment of shock, Sunny returned the gesture. They only broke apart once Kel felt he was about to asphyxiate, neither noticing the shutter of a camera.
The pair fought to catch their breath, Kel setting Sunny down once the world stopped spinning. He panicked when he saw how dazed and discombobulated Sunny looked. "I'm... sorry..." he said in between breaths, "I just..."
"Kel... Never... apologize for kissing me." Sunny caught his breath faster, beaming up at him. He pressed another kiss to Kel's lips"
Sunny, Kel, Aubrey, Basil, and Kim have a picnic in Faraway Town park to watch the solar eclipse.

Soon, he was slowly forgetting his memories when suddenly, he smelled something... Strawberries. "Cosmo?! Where are you?!" His eyes widened as he tried to stand up. His legs were weak so he had to hold onto the walls. "Spr...out..." He tried to call out but his voice was a bit raspy from the ichor. He limped towards the other boy who had caramel on the side of his hair and face. The other boy noticed him and ran towards him, holding him in his arms. "Cosmo! Oh god..." Sprout put his hand on Cosmo's cheek. "I'm so sorry..." He whispered as Cosmo hugged him tighter. "N-No... I'm sor-ry too..." Cosmo sobbed into Sprouts shoulder as the taller boy softly whispered soft words and rubbed his back. "It's okay... Everything's going to be okay... We'll go back up and get Dandy..." Sprout kissed Cosmo's forehead as the boy continued to cry. "I promise that everything will be alright..." Cosmo looked up at Sprout, one shedding tears whilst the other sheds ichor. "You pro-mise...?" Sprout stays silent for a bit, thinking about how he CAN'T do anything but say sweet nothings. "...I promise. So please stay, I still want you." Cosmo nods as they continue to hug each other... Not knowing the things they'll go through.

But then, an unexpected turn of events brought a ray of hope into his life. This book is an opposite au, meaning that the character's personalities will be the opposite of their canon ver. For example, Sunny in this book is eccentric and outgoing while in the game he's quiet and keeps to himself. Just adding this because a lot of people are confused about why the characters are awful to each other and "OOC" lol. (I don't blame them) I'm writing this for 𝗳𝘂𝗻 and ideas are taken from my roleplays with my friends. I stay silent as I looked around the room, avoiding eye contact. He placed his free hand on my waist, the other still holding my hand. "Shall I call them over while I have you bent over this bed?" He says planting a kiss on my stomach, going lower each time. I run my free hand through the back of his hair, gently pulling his head back slightly, forcing him to look back up at me. He had a dangerously evil smile on. I knew my cheeks were going red, I pushed him away and rushed towards the the door. "You always do this." I mumble quietly, trying to catch my breath which I lost in the heat of the moment. "Would you be lying to me if you said you didn't like it?" He replied, walking over to me.
