The Birdie and The Baron

Avia is a harpy, half-human, half-bird, who finds it hard to make friends due to the revulsion humans have towards her kind. The only exception is the duchess she served as a lady-in-waiting and is considered a close friend.

At one of the balls held for the duchess to find a husband, a young nobleman insulted Avia, which angered the duchess. She cast a spell to make Avia appear human and created a plan to make the nobleman fall in love with her.
Despite her reluctance, Avia went along with the plan to fit in.
