TILL I MET YOU

Kahit ilang beses niyang itanggi na hindi niya mahal ang binata. Alam niya sa sarili na mahal pa niyal ang binata, pero paano na ngayon. Ikakasal na ito sa iba. Halos saksakin ang puso niya sa sakit, parang unti unti itong dinudurog.

Unti unting tumulo ang luha sa mga mata niya. Pero pinili niyang tahimik na umiyak sa sakit dahil sa party siya. Ayaw niya may makakita ng ganito siya. 

"Hi, Can I Have your Autograph?" Tawag sa kaniya mula sa likuran.

Dagli niyang pinunasan ang luha sa mata at saka pilit na ngumiti saka humarap dito, pero nawala din agad ito ng makita kung sino ito. He's still the man she loved. 

"K-keith." Pabulong niyang tawag sa binata.

"I'm a fan." Abot nito ng book na gawa niya. 

 "Are you crying?"

"N-No." Agad niyang tanggi sa binata.

"Jon-"

"Yeah,I-im cried.... Kasi.... My award." Pagsisinungaling niya.

"Oh, yeah. Afterall it's your dream." Tango nito. Muka naman naniwala ang binata sa sinabi niya. "So, how's your feel?" 

"Happy." Pilit niyang ngiti sa binata.

"Hmm, mabuti naman." Anito. " By the way, i have something for you." May kinuha ito sa bulsa ng jacket. "And here," inabot nito ang isang maliit na box. "Open it." 

Kahit alinlangan siya ay tinanggap pa din niya ito. Sumandal ito sa terrace. 

Binuksan niya ito at bumungad sa kaniya ang isang silver na relo, it's relox. Kinuha niya ito.

Kunot nuo siyang tumingin sa binata saka hinarap ang binigay nitong relo.

"Why?" Gulong gulo niyang tanong sa binata.

Nagkibit balikat lang ang binata. "Ahm, maybe. That's my gift for saying congratulations, i guess.." Kinuha nito nag relo saka sinuot sa kaniya. "By the way, i want inviting you."

Halos nagpigil siya ng hininga ng marinig niya ang inviting. Naiisip ba nito na inbitahan siya sa kasal nito?. 

"My wedding." Anito saka inabot ang invitation.

Nagpaalam na ito ng may tumawag sa binata at naiwan sa kaniyang kamay ang invitation. He's wedding invitation.

"My wedding."

"My wedding."
