When the threat of the Pandoreos worsens, Rune is called back to queen Eiva. Rune commands Erin to travel with Kier, a man who has a special hatred for these Pandoreos, and warn Queen Beatrice, and King Cecerion about the upcoming war, in hope for an alliance with Queen Eiva. That is, if the humans can stay one step ahead of the Pandoreos.

He did get her away from the castle but he was attacked by bandits and as he fought with the bandits a woman who was gathering herbs and berries spotted Lillian, the woman saw the beast and bandits fighting and felt that the little girl was in trouble so she grabbed Lillian and ran back to her village. By this time Lillian was the last Snow elf. Lillian was raised by the woman who had took her (Kira) and her husband (Dawn). They were a sweet and simple couple, they were unable to have children of their own so they felt Lillian was their miracle child. They were humans who lived in a human village who provided food for the King Jonathan.
