Oakley West lost his older brother to murder when he was only 15 years old. He has never let it go but at the same time he wasn't able to get information anywhere. Not that long after the murder he realised that if he wanted information about the murder, he needed to be smart and trick his way into getting the information. Oakley knew that if he wanted justice for his brother he'd have to be the one to do it. He never wanted to be a murderer but the day he will finally face his brother's killer will be the day of no return.
