Have you ever felt like you don't belong? Like this place you're in doesn't feel right? Like you should be somewhere else entirely? This isn't right... Are you supposed to be able to fell a tree with your fists? Are you supposed to be able to pick up little blocks in place of normal items? Are the dead supposed to rise and walk the lands? Is that tall, lanky monster with glowing purple eyes that teleports around normal? Is any of this normal? This just isn't right... Should I be here? Well, at least I'm not stuck here alone. With them... it feels less like a prison. They make this place more bearable. In a world that feels anything but normal, at least they can make me feel normal. My first attempt at a full novel. Originally written summer of 2023 I didn't like how boring and sudden the ending was so I rewrote the first half and deleted the second half. I then lost motivation and gave up. It was supposed to be the start of a fantasy novel series based in Minecraft. I figured I might as well post it. It is, and probably always will be unfinished.

Long ago in Minecraft, the four kingdoms lived in harmony: The Earth Kingdom, the Fire Kingdom, the Ice Kingdom, and the avian Kingdom. The Avian Kingdom was a lovely Kingdom where the Avians lived and thrived. They were people with wings. However, after some great conflicts, the Avian kingdom was lost for 1000 years. And it stayed that way until one little princess ran away from home, and stumbled across a strange man named Nex.

A Minecraft story I wrote a long time ago lol :) Anywho, this story takes place before the events of the actual Minecraft game. Zombie #56 is different from the rest of the monsters the Enderdragon keeps in the End. Lord Enderdragon doesn't believe in the players and scorns Zombie #56 for believing in them. Despite this, he has an unquenchable interest to explore the over world, a forbidden world for monsters. Players haven't been seen there for years, and animals populate most of the earth. What isn't there to like about it? Zombie #56 continues to speculate why Lord Enderdragon won't let the monsters roam the world. One day, however, Lord Enderdragon puts Zombie #56 on lookout duty for players. His first opportunity to explore the over world. With the help of his longtime friend Jerry the Creeper, they travel together to the over world to search out the players, and find out for real if they really exist. As their travels continue, however, they start noticing strange occurrences and dangerous creatures. Soon, it is clear that there is something dangerous lurking on the world, and not everything is as it seems. Zombie #56 is soon to find out that the biggest threat to the monsters's existence is not the Players, but rather a fellow monster.

Four Guardians created by Notch himself to protect Minecraftia from the forces of evil that threaten Minecraftia. They were heavily worshipped but are barely ever seen by any Minecraftian. After all these guardians fought in wars but were barely mentioned in the history books. But some people have seen them. One with black wings and wicked sharp claws. Another with a black curse of death spread on the body and soulless eyes. Another with purple magic and is super fast. Lastly two white glowing eyes hidden in shadows and often covered in the blood of the guardian's victims. With this they were given their titles. The Ender Guardian, The Wither Guardian, The Sorcerer Guardian, and The Brine Guardian. They are described as evil deities but the Minecraftians named them as their Guardians since they never hurt them. Fighting to protect. Never receiving a "thank you". But then one day...they vanished. Minecraftia fell in trouble and the Minecraftians prayed for the Guardians to help but no help ever came. Notch having no idea where the Guardians went watched his beloved world fall in the hands of evil and ruin. But what if these Guardians never existed? They are only spotted on the battlefield. Some Minecraftians don't believe they exist. Centuries later they started to faint into legend. Still knowing the Guardians exist Asada goes into hiding. She lives her own life cut off from the world. Join Mitch, Asada, Farla, Kris, Ashley, Ian, Quentin, Jerome, Kyra, and Ellie as they try to fix the Guardians so they can save Minecraftia. But it proves not to be as easy as they originally thought.
