He also thinks Chuuya is Dazai's best friend who would shed buckets of tears for the rest of eternity, after his death. He couldn't have been more delusional. Eitherway Chuuya goes with an intent of taking a selfie with Dazai's dying form and ends up realizing two things. 1. Dazai was still important to him. 2. He still hated Dazai. Friendship. He does not want some 'anxiety' to break the relationship he and Dazai have been longing to begin. Of course, Chuuya should have known that he couldn't hide his inner thoughts from his intelligent (man's literally a detective!) boyfriend.
