Tommy has had issues with cooperation in the past, and after many attempts to 'fix' Tommy, he's just turned back to his normal ways. 
      They've tried every trick in the book, yet nothing works. Though, they have yet to figure out things lying previously undercover. 
      Will they figure out why he acts the way he acts? Can they calm him down? Read to find out!

Started-1/16/21 Finished- Tommy grew up in a not so nice house and so when he went to school he acted out, so much so that everyone stayed clear of him.
