Romance
Miyah Angels was a 20-year-old tormented soul who simply wanted to escape the terrifying ticks of time. Whether it went too fast or drawled on, time seemed to control the pace of her life; no matter which aspect of it. She wanted to heal, but that took time. She wanted to try, but that took time. She wanted to give up, but even then, that took... time. Stuck in a never-ending cycle, Miyah finds herself in a hospital bed, pinned down by jade colored eyes. At first, she thought that the man was a mere illusion, something she created to manipulate her mind, for he came and went as if he were a ghost traveling through the realms. But when that same man shows up again, he turns her life upside down and gives her the satisfaction of loving the one thing she hated the most: Time. - "Leave me alone," I plead with him. I didn't like the man standing before me. A man so intoxicating that a mere graze from his hand sent me into shock and one glance set a fire ablaze within me. I watched fixated as he tilted his head to the side, almost as if he were mocking my cry. Because we both knew that it fell on death ears and that I didn't really mean it. He took a step forward; two and then three, until I found myself trapped against his chest, the fabric of his shirt crumpling as I clenched it. The close proximity rendered me immobile as his alluring scent enveloped my entire being, regrettably making me relax in his presence. "Realmente quieres que te deje solo, angel?" He uttered softly, twirling one of my loose curls around his sinful finger. |You really want me to leave you alone, angel?| In a daze, I gazed into his saturated eyes, transfixed by their shade and the wild emotions swirling through them. Stupidly, I nodded. I'm sure I looked like a fool; mouth agape and hair in a tangled mess atop my head. Yet, the next word to exit his lips made all the doubts disappear and filled me with unexplainable desire because I knew it was true. "Liar."

I was surprised when she ran her hands down my abs, almost to the waist band of my pants. "Mila," I warned, watching her bite back a smile. There was unmistakable tension around us and I had no idea where it came from. Maybe it was the alcohol. I stared down at her, watching the sultry look on her face. "What are you doing to me," I muttered, resting my forehead against hers. I barely had a chance to blink before her lips were pressed against mine. My hands found their way to her hips, gripping them tightly as she tugged at my hair. Spinning her around, I pinned her against the wall. It felt like my lungs were going to burst as I pulled away, breathing hard. Mila gazed up at me, her eyes glazed over and cheeks pink. She reached up, wiping what I'm assuming was her lipstick from my lips. I couldn't help but lean down and press my lips against hers again. It was almost as if I was addicted to the way she fit against my body. "Ajax, we're both drunk," she gasped as I bit down on her ear gently. We could deal with the consequences later. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- TW: Mentions of Anxiety, Depression, and some suicidal thoughts Some Mature content - I'll put a warning before ;) Highest ranking in Romance - #8 12/20 Highest ranking in Dance - #1 12/22
