A freighter of the Hapag-Lloyd sinks due a heavy storm. No survivors and the shipwreck has yet to be found. Follow the Merchant shipgirl on it's new adventure through Azur Lane, transporting Cargo, withstanding dangerous and treacherous waters, full of mines, submarines, and the occasional monster wave, just waiting to claim another victim and tally up the sinking tonnage in the Atlantic/Pacific. Obviously the Sirens aren't waiting and pushing their thumbs, but are actually participating too.

That is until a mysterious gate had appeared spilling out unknown creatures and causing havoc. Assuming that the Sirens are back, Azur lanes assembles and starts to go through the gate to bring the fight to them. However when they see the other side they all though of one thing and one thing only...War never changes.
