When the governing bodies of the world cause a nuclear war, the entire globe pays for it. Most with their life. But luckily enough Calliope had Nora. And for that she only paid with her despair. Typically when you hear about a bomb shelter being built you laugh. 'That is some weirdo.' Although in this case Cody's shelter is the only source of safety and semblance of home that Calliope has. That doesn't last long though because when people start dropping dead like flies inside of this 'indestructible' dome, Calliope knows she has to do something. She can't risk losing everything and everyone she loves to this world ending virus. But what will happen when this mission turns into the most dangerous truth that Calliope will ever have to face?

"Back to this hellhole, huh?" "I wouldn't call it a hellhole" He mutters. "Oh, but I would." I snap harshly. He almost flinches. "(Y/n), I'm sorry. It wasn't supposed to get out of hand like that..." I cut him off. "I know. But I can't believe you would ever think of doing that. It's cruel!" He looks away in shame. "I'm sorry." He says again. "It's not me you should have apologized to." I say, hot tears threatening to spill. I didn't know who to feel about him. I was so completely in love with him, maybe I still am, but they were my best friends. I just wish everything could have been different.
