Dorothy Bridgerton is the fifth born child of the many Bridgertons, always being teased by her twin sister, Daphne, about being born 17 minutes later.

At the age of 16, her Mother was to busy with her othet seven siblings, she just could not be watching the trouble maker twin any longer. A guard was even hired to be with her at all times, and that is how much mischief the girl caused, and how dangerous it was for her.
