The celestial realm is ruled by the tyrannical king, Drakmir. Drakmir was a power-hungry and bloodthirsty ruler, and he would do anything to gain more powers. If twins were born in the celestial realm, Drakmir would have his guards go after the twins and kill the twins so he could suck their essence.
