When Jay loses his memory after the merge he begins to work for the Administration. Sure it's cool an all having the title "Agent Walker" but something feels off. The Administration feels to... Rulezie. That is until Jay meets the elemental master of smoke- Cinder.
Cinder, who is working for Lord Ras, figured that there team needs more than just Wolf Mask Soldiers. So he looks around for more elemental masters, and discover a familiar face. Jay Walker, a past Ninja, Now a member of The Administration.
Lloyds visions are getting worse, visions of doom and Bloodshed, and and old friend turning against everyone.
