Not Even Death Can Keep Us Apart
Buck and Eddie have always had such a special bond that everyone wishes they had in a person. Someone that is just their person inside and out. Everything changes in a blink of an eye, and Buck suddenly feels he has to fight every part of himself to get better, mentally and physically. And Eddie has been there helping Buck pick up the pieces after his accident. During the fight for his life, Buck also realized his true feelings for someone. But during his healing, he also gets a shocking surprise. One that just might give Buck the push he needed in his life to keep pushing forward. After helping Buck pick up the broken pieces of his suffering, what will happen between the two? Will their sparks ignite into something more? Or will those same broken pieces only break them apart. How will the Diaz boys react to Buck's upcoming surprise? How will Buck react? This is my first time ever writing a fanfic, and it is a Buddie (Buck x Eddie from 9-1-1) because it feels NEEDED! lol Tigger warning though, there is talk about abuse and mental health issues, there will be a warning on top of the chapter. Buck wanted to go home. He wanted nothing more than to be back with his family and to go home. Things had been rough this last year though, first his leg got crushed, he had a pulmonary embolism, he was told he couldn't come back to work, and then there was a tsunami. Even with now being allowed back at work after making the mistake of filing a lawsuit, things were still a bit strained. His family and home still felt like they were an arm's length out of reach. Then, things get even worse somehow when he and the rest of the team get sent to see Dr. Wells after a particularly rough call.Concluida
