But due to the death of her mother  , she is always dreaming of becoming an officer one day serving the nation . Just the way her mother tried to become. She switches her high school , but there's one minor hiccup : Jagdish Yadava , a seventeen year old guy,  happens to be her school captain . He's athletic,  outgoing , short tempered , and  pretty much similar an opposite to Rukmini. She's eager to avoid him at all costs , hoping to fit in with the other kids in Pragya Pratishthan , not drawing too much attention towards him.
