Esme Calloway has a love-hate relationship with lacrosse; it's her passion, but she doesn't want to spend every free second on it. Just studying. She is always studying. Parties were never her scene. On the other hand, Alejandro Aguilar is UGA's air-headed quarterback. He eats, sleeps, and breathes football with a side of parties. Because of his lack of dual commitment, his grades suffer. Terribly. As one of the top athletes in the country, Alex's grades were a reflection of his work ethic and ability to balance his responsibilities. UGA wanted to save face, so they hired their top student, Esme. Esme had already encountered him a while back when she'd caught his eye at a party. She never liked attention, and all Alex seemed to do was bring the people who worshipped the ground he walked on and then some.
